Prime Minister's Launches White Paper on the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme

On 15 December, in a speech at the National Press Club, the Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable Kevin Rudd, MP, launched a White Paper on a Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme entitled Australia's Low Pollution Future.  The paper outlines the final design of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme and the medium-term, target range for reducing carbon pollution.
