Appointment Bookings

Passports and notarial services are available by appointment only.  Clients should not attend the High Commission without an appointment except when making passport collections or consular enquiries. 

Appointments are available 8:30 am to 12:00 noon (Monday, Tuesday and Friday - except designated public holidays).

Booking Policy

An appointment signifies the time when an applicant should appear at the High Commission's public entrance for security screening.

Bookings can be made 1 hour to 1 month in advance.  We request that you do not book more than one appointment at a time.  Please refer to your notification email if you need to amend or cancel your appointment (see example below).  Clients who book multiple appointments may have their appointments cancelled.

Appointments are available for the following services:

  • Australian Passport applications – adult and child
  • Notarial Services – including Affidavits, Oaths or Affirmations, Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI), Certifying Copies of Documents, Land Transfer/Mortgage Documents, Statutory Declarations for the Commonwealth or an Australian State/Territory

Steps to booking:

  1. Select the service that you require.
  2. Select a date and time between 1 hour and 1 month in advance.  First select the date on the calendar and then choose the time.
  3. Enter your information.  We require clients to provide a valid email address to enable the receipt of appointment reminder emails.  We also request a contact telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
  4. Agree to our cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to instructions below.  Cancellations and modifications can be made 1 hour in advance.
  5. Attend the High Commission at your designated booking time.

 

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

  • The High Commission will send an email notifications through setmore.com each time an appointment is booked – it will contain an appointment cancellation/modification link and will appear as per below:

                                                                                                                 

  • If you want to modify an appointment, click "Reschedule" and you will receive a message on a new tab allowing you to modify the appointment.
  • If you want to cancel an appointment, click "Cancel Appointment" and you will receive a message on a new tab asking you to confirm cancellation.
  • If you require assistance, please contact the High Commission during standard office hours.
